A culinary journey through the forest: this pesto is based on wild garlic, wild blueberries, cranberries, chestnuts, Siberian cedar nuts, hazelnuts, mushrooms and forest honey. It is hardly surprising that it is an excellent accompaniment to mushroom dishes, game and meat preparations. But it also tastes great with pasta and potatoes, salads and on bread.

Georg Thalhammer's delicatessen production is based in Steinfeld in Lower Franconia. Delicious preparations in organic quality are created there - in close cooperation with the producers and with great respect for nature. The basis for this is often pumpkins that do not meet the commercial standard. This saves them from being thrown away. The products themselves are innovative and often prepared with unusual combinations of ingredients. If oils are used, they are exclusively native. Flavorings or synthetic additives are not used at all and sugar is used sparingly.

Storage and preparation instructions:

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep covered with oil in the refrigerator. Consume within 8 weeks.
