The Konservolia Rovion is a type of green olive known for its good taste. It has been harvested for centuries in the town of Rovies.
Hand Picked Greek Olives.
Some of the most extraordinary olives are grown in Greece. We offer two kinds. They come from a firm run by two German sisters who grew up in Greece. The ripe olives are picked by hand, which guarantees that only undamaged olives are processed. These are preserved in brine for eight months, during which time they lose their bitterness while keeping their full natural olive taste. They are packed with their pits in a jar with fresh brine, with a layer of extra native olive oil on top.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, store in the fridge.
