The Kalamata olive is considered by some to be the queen of Greek olives. In any case, Kalamata olives are cultivated primarily for consumption, accordingly they are large, fleshy, juicy and of lush flavor.
Hand Picked Greek Olives.
Some of the most extraordinary olives are grown in Greece. We offer two kinds. They come from a firm run by two German sisters who grew up in Greece. The ripe olives are picked by hand, which guarantees that only undamaged olives are processed. These are preserved in brine for eight months, during which time they lose their bitterness while keeping their full natural olive taste. They are packed with their pits in a jar with fresh brine, with a layer of extra native olive oil on top.

Black olives*, extra virgin olive oil*, vinegar*, salt, water (*come from controlled organic cultivation).
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, store in the fridge.
