Discover MAGAZIN products: Collaborating with innovative designers, MAGAZIN develops and produces this unique furniture and home accessories series.
You can put LOUIS, the double hook, in place on any suitable door: tool-free, by positioning the canted metal sheet over the door leaf. LOUIS 40 fits rebate-free door leaves featuring the most usual width of roundabout 40 mm. Alternatively, we offer a version for rebated doors (rebate width 20 mm). The two hooks are versatile helpers – offering a place for hanging up towels in the bathroom, garments in the bedroom and jacket, bag and scarf at the hallway door. What is the origin of the hanger’s name? The design reference for the hanger was the ubiquitous paper clip, invented decades ago by the American architect Louis E. Baltzley – the name LOUIS is a small, late homage.
