Non-slip planting stick
This beautiful planting stick is handmade in a small forge near Hamburg, because only by this kind of production the two eyelets can be worked into the stick. They ensure - important in a smooth metal rod - that the twine passed through it can not slip down. The material wrought bronze (a forgeable brass alloy) is rustproof without any further treatment or coating and allows the rod to be used outdoors all year round.

These good-looking plant props are made for us by hand in a small smithy near Hamburg – this is the only way possible to make the two holes necessary for the twine to attach the prop to the plant. The unusual material – ‘smith’s bronze’ – is a kind of brass alloy, rustless, and can be used by the gardener all the year round out of doors without having to be oiled or specially looked after. Approx. 12 mm in diameter.
