In this shape and size, the pottery in Alsace produces its potato pot exclusively for Manufactum. The advantage: upper and lower part have the same capacity, so that the pot can be turned and its contents cooked evenly.
Baked potatoes.
Taste the difference when potatoes are cooked in a clay pot. Soak the pot in water, fill it with unpeeled potatoes - preferably all the same size - and put it in a cold oven. Turn the temperature to 200° C and delicious potatoes are ready in 45 minutes. Add herbs and oil to taste.
