The classic Japanese cooking pot, called Donabe, made of heat-resistant ceramic and contemporary design. The ceramic material of the pot heats up slowly and keeps the heat for a long time. The double lid with vent holes ensures the right pressure inside and prevents boiling over. Suitable for gas stove and microwave - not for induction, ceramic hob or electric cast iron plates.
