Creamy and spicy pleasure: sardine pâté
What is already a pleasure as a whole sardine can be refined in preparations. That's what Nuri thought and came up with this spicy, spreadable pâté. Half of it is made from sardines caught off the Portuguese coast and processed freshly caught, for which Nuri is famous. The remaining ingredients round out the spicy flavor and provide a creamy texture: the best olive oil, tomato paste, carrots, chickpeas, salt, cloves and bay leaves.
