Knowing the exact temperature and humidity is literally elementary for a pleasant and safe sauna session. It therefore makes sense to combine both measuring devices in one instrument so that the required information can be read at a glance. Fischer manufactures this sauna climate meter as a round instrument with a sturdy housing made of chrome-plated brass and a viewing window made of mineral glass. The sauna climate meter is designed both inside and out to provide accurate readings over a long period of time. A bimetal thermometer is located in the upper half. Its measuring range extends from 0 °C to 120 °C, which perfectly covers the optimum range for a Finnish sauna between 70 °C and 110 °C. In the latter, the scale shows the temperature in two-degree increments, which allows for precise readability. There is a synthetic hair hygrometer in the lower half. The scale ranges from 0 to 70 percent relative humidity in two-percent increments.
