Nature provides a wide range of medicinal plants, whose effective essences and essential oils have been used by man for thousands of years. The forms of application are as diverse as the plants themselves: as pure essence, as tea, ointment or paste. Added to an infusion in the sauna, the essential oils can develop their intense aroma particularly well and, depending on the combination of oils, have a stimulating or calming effect. Oskari Berlin uses only natural essential oils for its sauna infusions, which are obtained from certified organically grown plants wherever possible. The scent combinations of the individual infusions follow the findings of aromatherapy and thus further enhance the beneficial effect of the essential oils. In this sauna set, four sauna concentrates are combined for relaxing sauna infusions and varied fragrance experiences.

"Herbal Kick" is a spicy sauna concentrate with the naturally pure essential oils of rosemary, sage, cedar, camphor and lavender. With its wonderfully warm-aromatic scent, the sauna infusion vitalizes and awakens the senses. "Alpenzirbe" contains the essential oils of Swiss stone pine, eucalyptus and pine needles from organic cultivation. Spicy-aromatic like a stone pine forest and fresh like an alpine lake, the concentrate has a soothingly invigorating effect on fatigue and exhaustion. In the infusion "Deep & Good Breathing", the essential oils of eucalyptus, juniper and maritime pine refresh and relax and ensure liberated breathing."Löyly" is an original Finnish sauna infusion - with resinous-balsamic incense, sweetly warm vanilla and fruity-woody juniper a very special fragrance experience. In Finnish, the steam that is created when the hot stones of the sauna stove are doused with water is called löyly (= glowing smoke). By the way, this does not increase the sweating effect, but the steam condensing on the skin creates this feeling.

To use, mix two to five capfuls of the sauna infusion concentrate with one liter of water, depending on personal preference. Alternatively, pour a small amount of sauna infusion directly into the sauna ladle filled with water.
