Sometimes it's not so easy to convince your child of the benefits of washing their hair. Of course, it goes without saying that a children's shampoo should not sting the eyes. So it's all the better if it also prevents outraged exclamations of "Ewww, it pulls!" by improving the combability of the washed hair. This shampoo contains almond oil, shea butter and cocoa butter, which make it easy to comb through the hair after washing. These oils and fats have an equally beneficial nourishing effect when used as a shower gel on children's sensitive skin. To wash hair, the solid shampoo is lathered up in the hand, massaged into damp hair and rinsed out after a short application time. The shower shampoo is also simply lathered up in the shower, applied to the skin and rinsed off.

In addition to its nourishing effect, the solid shampoo and shower gel scores points with its plastic-free paper packaging.

They love water, which is why Christoph Laudon, Wanja Johannes Weskott and Sebastian Bensmann have appropriately named their company Hydrophil (from the ancient Greek hýdor "water" and phílos "loving"). In 2013, their shared interest and a blog post by Sebastian on the topic of "water consumption in textile production" gave rise to the idea of launching their own products on the market that are not only vegan and fair, but above all plastic-free and water-conserving: Products whose natural components grow without artificial irrigation and whose other ingredients leave no traces in the groundwater during composting. After the first product, a T-shirt, met with great demand, Hydrophil quickly expanded its range and has since specialized in the manufacture of hygiene and personal care products - after all, where could the idea of saving water be more obvious than in the bathroom?
