    General Information

Hybrid tool. Half spade, half digging fork.

A spading fork is the ideal tool for loosening and aerating (not only) heavy, stony soils. It also performs well when digging up and out - just think about harvesting your potatoes. The punched blade with the four tines supports in all work with its light weight and the long handle of this garden tool, bent in two places, allows you to work in an upright posture that is easy on the back and joints.

Gardening that is easy on the joints. With ergonomic tools.

Do you know the feeling? Just now you spent a busy afternoon in your beds, diligently digging, loosening the soil, weeding or planting perennials - and the same evening your entire body protests felt, the arms become long and the legs feel heavy. Sore muscles sometimes can't be avoided. But there's a herb for overworked joints. It's called: ergonomic gardening tools.

Two things distinguish ergonomic garden tools. First, their shape is precisely adapted to the anatomical requirements of the human body, and secondly, they weigh significantly less than "normal" tools.

We work with a manufacturer in Ljubljana, Slovenia, which has specialized in the production of ergonomic garden tools since the company was founded in 2006. Specially trained designers work there, who are specifically responsible for the ergonomically optimal design of the tools, and the most modern machine technology is used in the production. The result is absolutely convincing. The functional parts made of powder-coated steel are cut out by laser and get their light weight from recesses in the material. The long, double-bent tool handles are a special feature. They are made of laminate wood and shaped in the press. At their core, the handles are made of the light wood of poplar. For the outer layer - the shell, so to speak - the much more stable, break-resistant wood of beech is used.

The double curvature of the handles allows you to work in an upright position in the bed. This puts less stress on the entire area of your lower back and hip joints. You work with all your strength from your arms (and not from the small of your back), and when you grip the handle at the curved points, you can keep your hands in their natural position. No twisting or overstretching, no bending of the wrists - so it is really comfortable digging, loosening, weeding or planting.
