We’ve been searching for a high-quality whisk for a long time. This model, made entirely of 18/8 stainless steel, not only exceeds our requirements for a heavy-duty, restaurant-grade design—it’s even manufactured in Europe. We offer this handcrafted whisk in the classic balloon shape in two sizes. The larger size is particularly well-suited for beating egg whites in a copper bowl, while the smaller size is intended for whisking eggs, thickening sauces and soups, and similar tasks.

Our whisk comes from Östlin in Sandviken, southern Sweden. Founded in 1945, this family-owned business is now run by the third generation and specializes in the manufacture and distribution of kitchen utensils of professional-grade quality. The company’s customers include restaurants as well as commercial kitchens and food manufacturers. In our view, this is proof enough that, in addition to material quality, a well-balanced design—the whisks fit comfortably and securely in the hand—and a long service life are top priorities.
