Sautéing is effortless by tossing this pan, with its 6.5 cm high rim. It’s made of carbon steel (with a 3 mm thick bottom), with a wrought iron handle. Made in Germany.
Stove types:
Iron pans are suitable for all types of stoves. The stove top should not be smaller than the bottom of the pan.
Care instructions:
All pure iron pans are protected against corrosion with a film of oil, which you can best remove with the calcined soda from our household care range before using the pans for the first time. Iron pans do not belong in the dishwasher; a well-fried pan can be easily wiped out without residue.
