System razor stainless steel

More than 30 years ago the prestigious Swabia firm, PILS, began producing utensils for wet shaving: from shaving brushes, handmade with pure badger bristles, to stainless steel razors to shaving soap.

This blade holding system made of matt stainless steel is a durable alternative to commercially available models made of plastic. It's made of four solid components and is somewhat heavier. With the balanced distribution of its weight, it sits exceptionally well in the hand. The stainless steel surface is easy to care for and insensitive. Since it is uncoated, the surface won't peel, and the shaver stays handsome. If required, however, PILS will refinish the surface and even out nicks or dents or signs of wear. The holder is made for the double edged Gillette blades (G II and G II Plus) and Wilkinson blades (Duplo II and Duplo II Plus). One double edged blade is included.
