Tapered Dinner Table Candles Beeswax (5 Items)

The taper candles for Advent wreaths or Christmas trees are made by using smooth and continuous movements to dip the wick repeatedly into melted wax; this is done countless times until the candles assume the desired form. Because of their size, though, the large pillar candles are poured into moulds instead.
The candles are manufactured from pure beeswax by people with disabilities in the candle-making section of a workshop in Bavaria. The soft red patina that may form on the red candles is an indication of their high quality: they are dyed in the body with red pigments. The small Christmas tree candles are also available without colourants.
