Especially not for Sunday breakfast, because in the multi-part stainless steel mold, consisting of a stable base, baking frame and matching lid, the prepared toast dough can even rest overnight at refrigerator temperature. Simply slide the loaded mold into the preheated oven in time for breakfast - and the fresh bread treat is ready.

The aforementioned lid of the baking pan, in conjunction with the enclosed tinplate holding clips, ensures that the dough does not rise too high even during the baking process. In addition, the bread in the mold, which is closed at the top and bottom, receives a rather soft, but above all uniformly thin crust on all four sides, just as it should be for good toast. An inner divider is also included, which you can use to prepare your toast baking pan for baking one or two small loaves. Best of all, individually, without the lid and bottom, you can also use the frame of the mold to make homemade cream slices and other delicacies.
