The knit of this sock features a distinctive heathered look. The sock’s leg is constructed using a ribbed knit, while the foot section is knitted in stockinette stitch. The thoughtful alternation of knitting techniques ensures a good fit: the toes, sole, and heel are knitted in stockinette stitch, while the leg and instep are ribbed. The material combination also ensures excellent comfort: breathable, skin-friendly cotton from certified organic farming, polyamide for greater durability, and a small amount of spandex to help the socks retain their shape.

Designing fashion differently (and better), conserving resources instead of exploiting them and creating designs that complement the wardrobe in the long term - that was the plan of Martin Höfeler and Anton Jurina, the founders of the Cologne-based label Armedangels. Or to quote CEO Höfeler: "I really just wanted to prove that it is possible to build a company that is profit-oriented and does good at the same time." And what began in 2007 with a simple white T-shirt has long since become a successful fair fashion label. Armedangels combines durable design with ecological materials and transparent supply chains.
