Whether for athletic activities like yoga or Pilates, working from home, or a cozy Sunday on the couch—these lounge pants provide comfortable companionship throughout your day, as they move effortlessly with every step. For the fabric, Comazo uses a soft single jersey made from skin-friendly, certified organic cotton. The cut is deliberately kept casual, emphasizing the relaxed character. The snug cuffs at the hem are extra wide, so the pant legs can be easily rolled up on summer days or during intense workouts without the cuffs slipping or digging in. And last but not least, the wide elastic cuff, which can be folded up if needed, ensures a secure and comfortable fit without constricting. This design detail also proves extremely practical during the early months of pregnancy: since the high waistband softly and flexibly conforms to the growing baby bump, the pants can easily be worn as maternity pants.

Underwear and functional underwear is created in the Swabian Alb, which is remarkable in many respects. First, there is the name, seemingly referring to Italy, which is actually an acronym and refers to the merchant and farmer Conrad Maier. He had started knitting fabric in his own living room in 1884 and marketed it within southern Germany. Since 1884, the purchase of yarn at Comazo has been a "matter for the boss", because the choice of yarns alone has a decisive influence on the quality of the finished products. What has changed, however, is that at the beginning of 2009 Comazo became the first German underwear company to be Fair Trade licensed and today processes GOTS-certified goods.
Tradition is again evident in the processing of the yarns: knitting mills from the region produce the tubular goods on circular knitting machines, which are bleached and dyed in-house. And here, too, tradition is combined with innovation: Comazo not only guarantees that its linen contains no pollutants, but also controls its own wastewater, pre-treats it and then feeds it to the sewage treatment plant it built itself or to the municipal sewage treatment plant. A heat recovery system has also been put into operation at the headquarters, which optimizes energy efficiency.
The cutting of the goods is partly done by hand with a band knife and requires competence and concentration. After the necessary ingredients have been put together, the linen is made up in one of the company's own sewing plants in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Romania. In short, Comazo keeps a close eye on every step of production, so that the end result is lingerie with consistently high quality and pleasantly soft feel.
