Digital customer card
The digital customer card is linked to your customer account in the Manufactum online store and enables you to view your department store purchases together with your online purchases in your customer account in the online store. The barcode represents your Manufactum customer number and can be scanned at the checkout.
If you show the digital customer card at the checkout before paying, the purchase will be linked to your online store account and you will receive a digital receipt in the order history of your customer account in the online store.
You can currently use the digital customer card in the Manufactum department stores in Germany and Austria as well as in the special sale in Waltrop. Purchases at Brot & Butter are not recorded.
You can find the digital customer card in your online store customer account under the drop-down menu "Customer card" if you are logged in. The barcode is displayed in the Manufactum app or in the browser on your mobile device.
If required, open the Manufactum app at the checkout or the online store in your browser and log in to your customer account if necessary. Open the digital customer card in your customer account under the drop-down menu "Customer card". Have the barcode scanned at the checkout before paying.
Please register in the online store: - The easiest way is to download the "Manufactum Shopping App" from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Alternatively, you can open the online store on your mobile - You can register in the "Customer account" section. After registering, the drop-down menu for the customer card will be displayed in the customer account. Please note: After registering in the online store, it may take some time (approx. 1 hour) before the digital customer card is ready for use. If the barcode is not displayed after 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service.
You can call up the digital receipt after a few minutes in your customer account in the order history under the drop-down menu "Orders".
In the order history, the department store purchase is marked in the order overview with the note "Delivery address: Department store purchase". When you open the item, you will receive details of your purchase and can call up the digital receipt as a PDF.
The digital receipt will be made available to you as a PDF. If you are unable to download the PDF document in your app, please use the online store version https://www.manufactum.com.
You can only use the digital customer card if you are registered in the online store and have access to your customer account in the online store.
If you would like to have your customer card/account blocked, please call our Customer Service.
If you do not wish to use the customer card, you do not need to do anything else. Its use is optional. You can also shop with us at any time without the digital customer card.
