The Manufactum app
Manufactum now also offers the good things in the Manufactum Shopping App: - Discover the entire range with just a few taps - Never miss any more promotions and news with push notifications - Stay conveniently logged in on your mobile device and keep an eye on your customer account with order status and order history of online and department store purchases at all times - Simply create a watch list and save it to your customer account - Social media function - Simply share good things with others - Scan the QR code on the price tag in the department store and receive information about the item directly
Active Internet access via WLAN or your mobile data is required to use the app. This may incur additional connection costs. Offline use is not possible.
You can install the app on smartphones and tablets with Android and iOS operating systems: - Apple iOS 15 or newer - Google Android 8.0 or newer Please keep the operating system of your mobile device up to date.
After installing the app on your mobile device, you will be taken to the welcome page the first time you open the app. Would you like to use all the advantages of the app? We recommend the following steps on the app welcome page: 1. check the default country selection at the top right of your welcome page and change it if necessary. 2. tap on "Log in now" to access the login page. 3. note the cookie banner and save your cookie selection. 4. log in to your existing customer account or create your own customer account. 5. allow push notifications to always receive the latest information from Manufactum. After the first login to your customer account, you will remain permanently logged in to the app. You do not have to re-enter your login details after closing and reopening the app.
By logging in with your customer account, you can also conveniently use all the personal benefits of your customer account in the app: - You can keep an eye on your customer account with order status and order history of online and department store purchases at all times - You can maintain your personal account data including various delivery addresses for your orders - You can check the balance of your voucher - You can conveniently subscribe to and unsubscribe from our newsletter - You can manage your watch list and access it at any time when you are logged in to your customer account.
When you install the app, you can access the customer account via the "Log in" button. You can log in or register there. Then select the "I'm new here" section. In the customer account section at the bottom right of the app's main navigation, you can also access the "I'm new here" registration function. Alternatively, you can also set up an account during your order process in the app.
If you are unable to log in to the app with your known login details, this may be due to the country selection in the app. Please check and change this setting if necessary by tapping on your "Customer account" and switching to the "Service" section. At the bottom of the service page you will find the "Settings" section. In this section you have the option to change the country. If you have forgotten your password, please tap on the Forgot password link in the login area and enter the e-mail address stored in your account. After you have tapped the "Send e-mail" button, you will immediately receive an e-mail with which you can assign a new password. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you cannot find the e-mail in your mailbox.
You can also use the store area without logging in to your customer account and browse through the good things from Manufactum. You must log in to the app with your customer account to use the watch list, place your order and other functions of your personal customer account.
In the store view, tap on "Customer account" in the menu bar and switch to the "Service" section. At the bottom of the service page you will find the "Settings" section. In this section you have the option to change the country.
In order to offer you a convenient and seamless shopping experience, you will remain permanently logged into your customer account after your first login to the app. If another person gains access to your mobile device, unauthorized use of your customer account cannot be ruled out. Therefore, please remember to protect your device from unauthorized access.
Your watch list is saved permanently in your customer account if you were logged into your customer account when you created the watch list. You can then call up the watch list both in the app and in a browser, for example on a computer. If you add items to the watch list in the app and were previously logged in to the website in your browser, you may have to reload the page with the watch list. However, if you have added items to the watch list on a computer without logging in to your customer account, for example, they will not appear on the app's watch list.
When you first log in, the shopping cart you created on the website is transferred to your customer account in the app. If you edit this shopping cart, the shopping carts are separated and no longer synchronized between the app and the website.
The cookie banner informs you about the use and application of cookies in our app. In the cookie banner, you can allow us to use cookies or reject cookies. Cookies are required for personalized ads and content in the app and to gain pseudonymized insights into target groups and product developments. If you wish to revoke your previously given consent to the use of cookies in the app, you can do so here.
When you activate this app function, you will receive the latest information on promotions, promotion codes, news from Manufactum or app updates directly to your mobile device via a push message without having to open the app. No push messages are sent when you change your shopping list or shopping basket or when you change the order status. When you initially set up the Manufactum app, you can activate or reject the push messages. If you would like to change your previous selection, please go to the settings of your end device to - iOS: Notifications > Notification style - Android: Notifications > App notifications Select the app there and set up the push messages according to your wishes. Please note that the exact procedure for setting push notifications depends on the installed version of the operating system. The manufacturers offer detailed support pages on this topic on the Internet. If you have not activated push notifications, you have the option of reading the information in your mailbox in the app.
If you have deactivated the messages/notifications (so-called push messages) in the app, you can receive the relevant information in the app's mailbox. The app's mailbox thus contains current information on promotions, promotion codes, news from Manufactum or app updates provided. You will not receive a mailbox message if your shopping list or shopping basket changes or if the order status changes. The app mailbox is displayed with a letter symbol. The number of unread messages is displayed on this symbol. You can open your messages by tapping on the letter. In contrast to push notifications, you are not actively informed when a new message arrives, but you must actively open the app and the mailbox.

No. Your customer account will remain with your account details and all stored information. You can log in to your customer account at any time in a browser of your choice and continue to use the benefits of your customer account.
Too bad, you no longer want to use the Manufactum app? You can delete the app from your personal device just like any other app. The easiest way is described below: - iOS: Press and hold the app icon > tap the "X" delete icon > confirm - Android: Press and hold the app icon > tap the "X Uninstall" delete icon > confirm The manufacturers of the end devices offer detailed support pages on this topic on the Internet.

We publish the app via the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). The app is therefore subject to the strict quality requirements of the App Store or Google Play Store for listed apps. Among other things, the stores check compliance with data protection in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, protection of minors, cost transparency, operability or quality of the app before it is published in the store.
