Delivery and Returns
Delivery is carried out via Mail or parcels service - generally within 14 days. However, please remember that our products are not mass-produced articles. We will not always be able to avoid longer delivery times. In such cases, the order can also be carried out in partial shipments.
For delivieries made to EU member countries the currently valid VAT will be charged.
For deliveries made to non-EU member countries the amount of VAT included in our prices is subtracted.
However, the price increases by the amount of the corresponding import sales tax for your country. The exact amount of the customs duty depends on your country's legal regulations and the individual product.
You will receive a certificate of origin printed on the invoice. We will not always be able to avoid longer delivery times. In such cases, the order can also be carried out in partial shipments.
Shipments will have to be charged according to the current and valid postal charges.
For large and heavy items (bulky goods) we have to charge you a bulky goods surcharge of 14,00 €. This surcharge is due if there is at least one bulky item in the shopping cart. If all bulky items are returned, you will be reimbursed the surcharges.
Your Right To Return
You have a general right to return goods within a period of 14 days.
You are obliged to return the goods to us in the same condition as they arrived and to take reasonable care ensuring that the goods are received by us and are not damaged in transit. There is a returns form attached to the invoice you receive with your goods. Please fill in this form and affix the label to your parcel. (To be on the safe side, please remember to register the parcel.)

We will immediately settle any credit which arises as a result of a return, unless you wish to use this credit to place a further order. If, contrary to experience, the goods do not meet your expectations and our high standards of quality, please contact our complaints department. In case of a problem on your part, there is a generous policy in place, to deal with events following the expiry of the 14-day grace period. You can always talk to us.
Our manufacturers guarantee the reliability of their products. For the exact warranty conditions, please refer to the descriptions in the catalogue and the specifications stated in the operating instructions. We also bear responsibility for the products within our range. For two full years from the date of your invoice, we will ensure that your warranty claims are fulfilled and that you are provided with high-quality service.
