Ludwig Schröder. High-quality Leather Belts
The family-run business Ludwig Schröder in Uetersen, a small town in Schleswig-Holstein (Sleswick-Holsatia), produces these belts of the highest quality. The core material is always the best vegetable or pit tanned cow's leather from selected European tanneries. The leather is barrel dyed and not sprayed with dye, leaving the surface structure intact, lively and natural. The Schröder firm has been in business since 1825. For 140 years until 1964, they produced leather goods from leather they tanned themselves. They then stopped tanning to concentrate on the manufacture of leather goods, but they still have the expertise engrained in their family roots and choose their leather accordingly.
