That's why Genesis sneakers are made almost entirely from recycled and environmentally friendly materials. Although production is around five to seven times more expensive than the big players in the sneaker industry due to the complex production process and good working conditions, the final price is still no higher. This is possible because Genesis deliberately avoids traditional advertising and marketing, which accounts for around 70 percent of the price of the big brands. The declared aim is to be competitive with a fair sales price. Last but not least, Genesis Footwear donates a portion of its profits to organizations dedicated to the well-being of the oceans, such as One Earth - One Ocean, the Surfrider Foundation and Sea Shepherd.
